ADMISSION PROCESS FOR NURSERY 2024-2025

• Token Forms for admission to Nursery will be available on the school website www.santhomemiraroad.edu.in on 28th Thursday, 29th Friday and 30th Saturday, December 2023.
• Online Registration will be open from 9.00 am on the scheduled days.

Age Criteria:

• Child born between or on 1st January 2021 and 31st December 2021. The child should be completing 3 years of age on or before31st December 2024.

Documents required to be Submitted at the school:

1. Printout of Online TokenApplication form.
2. One Photocopy of Students Birth Certificate (If the birth Certificate is in any other language than English, then you have to provide the translation of the birth certificate in English, on a Stamp Paper, duly notarized while confirming the admission.
3. Two photocopies of Student Aadhaar Card
4. Residence Proof (Aadhaar Card, Electricity Bill, Rent Agreement)- Any one
5. One passport size photograph of student in blue background.
6. A family photograph in blue background with a father, mother, and child. (Photograph size 4x6 inches)

All documents should be verified & attested by a gazetted authority

Important Points:

• Repetitive Online form submission, Incomplete data, wrong information and non-submission of required documents will result in the rejection of the application for admission.
• Submission of Application Form does not mean confirmation of admission. The School Management reserves the full and final authority over admissions
• The Date of Birth once entered in the admission register of the school will not be changed.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded. The school does not accept any favors, by way of donations or capitation fees.
• In order to avail priority admission for siblings of SanthomePublic School students, parents should submit the form online on the specified days. If the application form is not submitted online, no request for admission will be entertained later.
• In case of Catholics / Christians seeking admission, Baptism certificate of the child should be submitted. Kindly note that Catholics will have to submit letter from Parish Priest at the time of interaction

CLASS : LKG TO VIII

1. Admission to classes LKG to VIII depends on the availability of seats. Contact us on school Email Id: santhomemiraroad@gmail.com from 1st January 2024 or contact in the school office.
2. No student will be admitted without the submission of Transfer Certificate from his / her previous recognized school.
3. Students seeking admission to Class-I must produce an official Birth Certificate.
4. Caste certificate is mandatory from Class- I and upwards.
5. Admission is given on the basis of merit, interaction with the principal and availability of seats. No recommendation of any nature shall be entertained.
